As a client you have come to know our staff over the past few weeks and also heard what Karin had to say about her co-workers, today you hear what the staff of Karin!
Vicky: Ek kon regtig nie vir ‘n beter baas vra nie. Karin het my onder haar vlerk gevat toe ek by haar begin het. Sy is ‘n vrou duisend en sal altyd vir ons almal opstaan. Sy het net soos sy ‘n liefde vir mense het ‘n liefde vir 4 voet kinders ook. Haar hart is so sag soos spons en kan maklik huil en hartseer wees as iets nie reg werk of iemand probleme het. Ek kan altyd op haar knoppie druk vir raad. PS: Sy moet net nie eise raad meer gee nie. 😊
Vicky: I really couldn’t ask for a better boss. Karin took me under her wing when I start working for her. She is a wonderful woman a thousand times through and through and will always back her co-workers. She has a love for people and her 4-foot children. Her heart is as soft as sponge and she can easily cry and be sad when something is not working out or if someone is having problems. I can always push on her button for advice. PS: She just can’t give advice on claims anymore. 😊
Melisca: Ons kon nie vir ‘n beter baas as tannie Karin gevra het nie! Die tannie is altyd vriendelik, behulpsaam en positief (behalwe as dit by die beleggings kom😊) Een ding wat vir my baie uitstaan van die tannie is, maak nie saak hoe groot fout mens maak nie die tannie praat altyd ordentlik met ‘n mens. Dit is vir my so lekker om saam die tannie te werk en iets vir die tannie te doen want sy waardeer dit altyd. Tannie Karin is ‘n wonderlike mense en dit is vir my ‘n voorreg om saam die tannie en my span te werk.
Melisca: We couldn’t have asked for a better boss than Aunt Karin! The she is always friendly, helpful and positive (except when it comes to the investments😊). One thing that really stands out to me about Karin is, no matter how big of a mistake you make, she always handles the situation in a good way possible. It’s so nice for me to work with her and do something for her because she always appreciates it. Aunt Karin is a wonderful person and it is a privilege for me to work with her and the team.
Monique: My ma is my rolmodel en beste vriendin…ek weet baie mense se dit maar ek bedoel elke woord. Ek is baie bevoorreg om haar as my ma te hê en ook om saam met haar te werk. Jy sal nie ʼn vrou kry met ʼn beter hart nie, sy sal enige iets vir haar medemens en familie doen en is ʼn all round gelukkige mens. Sy en my pa is hierdie jaar al 31 jaar getroud en ek dink dit is so spesiaal en so mooi voorbeeld van hoe ʼn huwelik moet wees. Sy is so lief vir haar kleinkind, Khalea, haar man, haar honde, om koffie te gaan drink saam haar vriendinne, die rustigheid van die see, ʼn mooi uitsig en God. Sy is altyd reg om jou moed in te praat of vir jou te bid wanneer jy dit nodig het. Sy is die beste ouma op aarde en kan ook nie wag om te sien hoe sy met ons babatjie (haar tweede kleinkind) gaan wees nie. My wens is dat sy nog baie lank gespaar sal bly vir ons, dat sy eendag sal kan aftree sonder om te kyk na ʼn kliënt se belegging en of die waarde geval het en met dieselfde houding sal dans asof niemand kyk nie! Lief mamma so baie!
Monique: My mother is my role model and best friend… I know many people always say things like this but I mean every word. I am very privileged to have her as my mother and also to work with her. You will not find a woman with a better heart; she will do anything for anybody and is an all-round happy person. She and my dad have been married for 31 years this year and I think this is such a special and such a beautiful example of what a marriage should be like. She loves her grandchild, Khalea, her husband, her dogs, coffee with her friends, the serenity of the sea, a beautiful view and God. She is always ready to encourage you or pray for you when you need it. She is the best grandma on earth and can’t wait to see how she is going to be with our baby (her second grandchild). My wish is that she will remain with us here on earth for a very long time, that one day she will be able to retire without looking at a client’s investment and whether the value has fallen and will dance with the same attitude as if no one is watching! I love you so much mom!
Everlyn: Karin die mooi vrou met die mooiste glimlag. Eerlik en opreg professioneel en tog kan sy saam kuier en lag en huil en net haar self wees. ʼn Wonderlike ma en vrou en ek weet sy gaan ʼn fantastiese ouma wees. Vir haar personeel is sy altyd daar en altyd besig met nuwe planne en uitdagings niks is vir haar teveel of te moeilik nie. Sy het Karin Swart Makelaars opgebou en is trots op wat sy bereik het. Sy het my 8 jaar gelede die geleentheid gegee om vir myself te kon werk. Dankie vir die geleentheid om saam met jou die pad te kon stap.
Everlyn: Karin, the beautiful woman with the most beautiful smile. Honest, sincere, professional and yet she can socialize and laugh and cry together and just be herself. She is a wonderful mother and wife. I know she is going to be a fantastic grandmother. She is always there for her staff and she is always busy with new plans and challenges. Nothing is too much or too difficult for her. She has built Karin Swart Brokers from the ground and is proud of what she has achieved. She gave me the opportunity to work for myself 8 years ago. Thank you for the opportunity to walk the road with you.
Lenize: Karin is ‘n mooi persoon van binne en buite, met ‘n hart van goud. Sy is ‘n mentor vir elkeen van ons en so groot inspirasie. Al is ek nog net ‘n kort rukkie deel van die span het sy nog net vertroue en geloof in my gewys. Karin het ‘n manier om ‘n mens te motiveer en ook altyd positief te dink en positief te bly. Familie is alles vir haar en sy is beslis ‘n goeie en trotse vrou, ma en ouma.
Lenize: Karin is a beautiful person inside and out, with a heart of gold. She is a mentor to each of us and such a great inspiration. Even though I’m only part of the team for a little while, she still showed me confidence and faith. Karin has a way of motivating one and always thinking positively and staying positive. Family is everything to her and she is definitely a good and proud wife, mother and grandmother.
Martie: Karin is ‘n uitstekende werkgewer en ‘n wonderlike persoon. Sy is altyd objektief en kan ‘n situasie mooi opsom. As jy vasbrand is dit die moeite werd om haar opinie te vra. Sy gee om oor haar personeel en stel altyd belang. Sy is ook baie lief vir haar hondjies, die is nes kinders is haar huis en het ‘n spesiale plekkie in haar hart. Sy is ook nou betrokke in haar gemeenskap en kyk ook so waar kan sy ‘n verandering of bydra maak. Sy het ‘n goeie hart en dit is duidelik as jy met haar te doen kry. Sy is altyd positief en opbouend en moedig ook haar personeel aan om ‘n positiewe uitkyk op die lewe te hê. Ek kon nie vir ‘n beter werkgewer gevra het nie, dit is lekker om deel van haar span te wees!

Martie: Karin is an excellent employer and a wonderful person. She is always objective and can summarize a situation quickly. If you get stuck, it’s worth asking her opinion. She cares about her co-workers and always shows interest in whatever you are busy with. She also love her dogs very much, which is just like children isn her home and has a special place in her heart. She is closely involved in her community and finds a way to contribute or make a change in their lives. She has a good heart and it is clear if you are dealing with her. She is always positive and uplifting and also encourages her co-workers to have a positive outlook on life. I couldn’t have asked for a better employer, it’s so nice to be part of her team!
Sonica: Daar is eintlik soveel om te sê van Karin maar sal ‘n opstel moet skryf……… ons is al amper 12 jaar deel van mekaar se lewe, persoonlik en professioneel. Karin was nog altyd vir my ‘n mentor en beslis iemand waarna ek op kyk. Deur die jare het ek soveel by haar geleer en ek doen nog steeds, soos om rustig te wees in moeilike situasies. Ons het al baie saam gelag maar ook gehuil, daar was ernstige oomblikke en oomblikke waar ons twee net kan sit en weet ons is daar vir mekaar. Daar is dae wat Karin in die kantoor sal in stap dan sê ek vir die girls, bly maar uit haar pad vandag 😊. Dit gebeur nie altyd nie want Karin het meeste van die tyd ‘n huppel in haar stap, smile op haar gesig en altyd iets om oor positief te wees. Ek sê altyd, ek het by die beste leer meester geleer, sy is nie net een van die beste werkgewers nie maar sy is beslis die een met die meeste omgee, liefde en bystand vir al haar personeel. Sy luister altyd, en al kan sy nie altyd help nie, probeer sy verstaan. Sy het ‘n hart van goud en soveel liefde om vir ander te gee. Sy het uit eindelik die rol as Ouma gekry (iets waarna sy baie lank uit gesien het) en jy kan die liefde in haar oë sien as sy van Khalea praat en natuurlik is die 2de poplap ook op pad. Sy is ‘n groot inspirasie vir my en dankbaar dat ons deel van mekaar se lewens kan wees!
Ons sê dit dalk nie genoeg vir haar nie maar namens al die personeel wil ek vandag vir haar sê; jy is vir ons so spesiaal, jy beteken vir elke een van ons so baie en ons mis jou vreeslik as jy nie by die kantoor is nie. Wat ons doen, doen ons met trots vir jou! Dankie dat ons met trots kan sê ons werk vir Karin Swart Makelaars!
Sonica: There is actually so much to say about Karin but I will have to write an essay ……… we have been a part of each other’s life, personally and professionally for almost 12 years. Karin has always been a mentor to me and definitely someone I look up to. Over the years I have learned so much from her and I still do, like being calm in difficult situations. We laughed a lot together but also cried, there were serious moments and moments where the two of us could just sit and know we were there for each other. There are days that Karin will walk into the office then I say to the girls, stay out of her way today 😊 It doesn’t always happen often because most of the time, Karin has a jump in her step, a smile on her face and has something to be positive about. I always say, I learned from the best, she is not only one of the best employers but she is definitely the one with the most care, love and assistance for all her co-workers. She always listens, and even though she can’t always help, she tries to understand. She has a heart of gold and so much love to give to others. She finally got the role of Grandma (something she has been looking forward to for a very long time) and you can see the love in her eyes when she talks about Khalea and of course the 2nd one is on the way too. She is a great inspiration to me and I am thankful that we can be part of each other’s lives!
We may not say this enough to her, but on behalf of all the staff I would like to tell her today; YOU ARE SO SPECIAL to us, you mean so much to each of us and we miss you terribly when you are not at the office. What we do, we do it with proud, just for you!
