If I have the option to erase this year from my memory, I would do so without hesitation. We thought 2020 was rough, but then 2021 overwhelmed us with new challenges – Sorrow, grief, drama and bad service, add to the list as per your experience.
I am so thankful to my staff that kept on trying and doing their best amidst horrible circumstances to keep up with the high service level we are known for. Everything is a challenge. Companies do not act on instructions, new systems have errors and frustration is a daily struggle.
