Diens jare: Begin in 2002 by ‘n Motor maatskappy wat voertuie verkoop, hier al begin om vir die nuwe kliënt hulle versekering te reël of te kry. 2012 begin ek by Karin Swart Makelaars en is nog net so gelukkig om kliënte te help om reg verseker te wees.
Service years: In 2002 I started working at a car dealership, I also had to arrange insurance for clients on new purchased cars. In 2012 I started at Karin Swart Brokers and continued my passion in the Insurance Industry.
Beskryf jou gesin: Ons is ‘n baie noue gesin en sal nie dat enige iemand met ons mors nie. My kinders weet wat is reg en verkeerd. Ons staan op vir mekaar en sal enige iets vir mekaar doen. Is 14 jaar getroud met Harry, hy is ons rots en sal ons altyd beskerm en vir ons sorg, Carissa is my sagste kind met ‘n groot hart en Liani is die waaghals sy sê ook haar sê.
Describe your family: We are a very close, no nonsense family. My kids know what’s right and wrong. We stand up for each other and will do anything for each other. I married Harry 14 years ago, he is our rock and will always protect us and take care of us. Carissa is my oldest child with a big heart and Liani is the youngest. She is witty and funny.

Your good qualities: I care and always want to help someone.

Your bad qualities: I am usually loud and just get quiet when I am upset.

What makes you happy: If everyone around me is happy.
Wat maak jou hartseer/angstig: Die werkloosheid, as ek maar net almal kan help.
What makes you sad / anxious: Unemployment and people suffering.
Wat behels jou werk: Ek help kliënte met eise en die trouma daarvan. Dis waarvan ek hou om mense te help. En om dan ook seker te maak dat hulle polisse reg is en dat hulle reg verseker is.
What does your job entail: I am the Claims Consultant. I assist clients during stressful times after accident, theft, etc. My job is to review cover on existing policies and make sure clients know exactly what they are covered for or not.
Watter deel van jou werk geniet jy die meeste: Om vir ‘n kliënt te sê jou eis is betaal en alles sal OK wees.
What part of your job do you enjoy the most: Telling a client his/her claim has been paid and everything will be OK.
Watter deel van jou werk geniet jy die minste: As ‘n kliënt onder verseker is en die eis betaal net ‘n gedeelte uit van die verlies. As ek maar net vir elke persoon wat sê nee ek is reg verseker, kan wys dat dit is wat gebeur as jy nie reg verseker is nie. (PS: Om filing te doen)
Which part of your work do you enjoy the least: If a client is under insured and the claim pays only a portion of the loss. I wish clients would listen to me when I advise them on cover taken or wanting to do a review and clients don’t think it is that important. (Filing is a boring job 😊)
Wat is jou drome vir die toekoms: Om eendag te kan sê ek het by die grootste makelaar in Rustenburg gewerk en dat ek gehelp het om daar te kom. Dat elke mens wat ek ken gelukkig is. Hoop dat my kinders eendag ook in hulle beroep kan gelukkig wees en saam ‘n wonderlike span kan werk soos ek.
What are your dreams for the future: I want our company to grow and be successful and being a part of the success would make me so proud. I want peace and happiness for every person I love. I hope my children will be successful and happy in whatever they do.
Wat se Karin oor Vicky: Vicky is ‘n yster en smile altyd. Die dag as iets Vicky ontstel of sy huil, dan weet ons dit is ernstig. As jy vir Vicky vra hoe gaan dit sê sy altyd “goed, goed”. Sy love dit om in haar tuin te werk en bak baie graag vir haar kinders die oulikste verjaarsdag koeke. Sy is ‘n nooi Mew en se hulle weet hoe om te kuier…😊. Sy is ‘n baie oulike Mamma en gek oor haar kinders. Sy is soms siek, maar kom steeds werk toe. Haar werk is haar trots en ja, sy speel beslis ‘n groot rol in die groei van Karin Swart Makelaars. Vicky bied alles wat ‘n kliënt tydens ‘n eis of trauma soek, ‘n vriendelike stem, breë glimlag en iemand wat beheer neem oor hulle situasie.
What Karin says about Vicky: Vicky is such a pillar in the office and always smiles. The day when something upsets Vicky or she cries, we know it’s serious. She loves working in her garden and loves baking the cutest birthday cakes for her children. She loves socializing as only the “Mew’s” can do…. 😊. She is a wonderful and involved mum and crazy about her children. Even when she is sick, she still comes to work and we have to send her home. Her work is her pride and joy, she certainly plays a big role in the growth of Karin Swart Brokers. Vicky offers everything a client looks for during a claim or trauma, a friendly voice, a broad smile and someone who takes control of their situation.
