What your job entails: Keeping our clients happy and helping to the best of my ability. I am in charge of the switchboard and also assist Monique and Karin with all Old Mutual admin and follow up work.

Wat se Karin van Melisca: Melis is die jongste van ons span. Ek is verstom oor hoe sy gegroei het in haar werk en hoe haar selfvertroue toegeneem het. Sy hanteer kritiek goed en is gretig om te leer en te luister as ons haar korrigeer. Sy is fun en kom goed met al die personeel oor die weg. Melisca neem byna nooit ‘n dag af nie en moet ek haar dreig om haar verlof te neem. Sy is altyd stiptelik by die werk. Haar grootste achievement gaan wees as sy haar rybewys kry… ek wag in spanning en daardie dag gaan ons dit behoorlik vier! (Update: SY HET HOM GEKRY!) Melisca het ‘n passie vir kinders en heimlik droom sy van onderwyseres wees.
What’s Karin from Melisca: Melisca is the youngest of our team. I am amazed at how she has grown in her work and how her confidence has increased. She handles criticism well and is eager to learn and listen if we correct her. She is fun and gets along well with all the staff. Melisca almost never takes a day off and I have to threaten her to take her leave. She is punctual and diligent. Her biggest achievement will be when she gets her driver’s license … I’m waiting in anticipation and that day we’re going to celebrate it properly! (Update: SHE GOT IT!) Melisca has a passion for children and secretly dreams of being a teacher.
